Can my Boston Terrier catch my cold?

Hi!
I've had a cold/cough for the past week. My baby girl Chica who is just over 4 months started sneezing the other day. Today I noticed her nose was dripping and her eyes were watery. This didn't last long at all, but I was wondering if she could actually catch my cold? If so, what can I do to help her get over it?
