Agreed to have her checked but are you giving her any supplements? When I breed my Bostons the Vet gives me a vitamin throughout the pregnancy. Towards the end of pregnancy we switch to part puppy food, and while nursing mom also gets puppy formula added to her food. They loose so much from being pregnant and nursing any extra will help.

Of course you have many replies that say take her to the vet, and you should. But in the meantime, see if you can get some water in her. I had to spoon feed water to my BT and after a couple of spoonfuls, she perked right up. She had a placenta still in her, but it came out the very next morning. (I had to get a paper towel and gloves and help it come out.)
Did you see all the placentas come out? It is very important that they all come out. Mine did NOT have a pale tongue, though. If you are far from the vet, just call one. They will answer your questions on the phone for free. Reply back when this is resolved so we know what happened. Good Luck!

she maybe has lost too much blood you should get her checked by a vet.
