Brown Spot in the White Part of One Eye

We just got a Boston Terrier about 2 days. I didn't notice anything right away. Until this morning when I notice a Dark Spot in the White Part of her Left Eye. I was just wondering if anybody knows what this could be and should I be worried and should I take her to a vet.
