Brown pigment in white of one eye

My 2 year-old female boston was born with blue eyes. On one side of her eye, she has developed a brownish coloring to the white of her eye. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this condition and if I should be concerned and have her see a vet.

my 16 week old BT also has this problem only in one eye and I hope it's not serious
