I own a deaf female Boston Terrier aged 8 months. Would like her to have one batch of pups later but not sure re risk of pups to also be deaf.

It is always a blessing to be able to raise a litter of pups and such a rewarding experience. When there are problems the experience can definitely become less rewarding. Deafness has been noted as a hereditary trait and not many Boston owners would want their pup to be deaf. It is an undesirable trait. Perhaps you could look around and purchase another Boston friend for your deaf girl and breed that one.
