boston with a huge tight swollen belly

We noticed that our boston's belly has gotten huge withing a couple of days. It's not going down. It's very tight. She doesn't act like she's in pain but she does seem a little slower and timid than normal. We have given her deworming pills and crossed our fingers that this will solve the issue. Does anyone know of any specific reasons this could happen?

Our male is going thru this right now, Like yours he doesnt seem to be in pain, no worms, I am thinking that maybe just weight catching up with him becase we have a few dogs and we just leave the food out and they eat when they want to, but our bt eats just about everytime another dog goes to get a bite. He is on a diet right now and I have started walking him. if you found a solution please email me.
