Boston Terriers & Children?

Are boston terriers good dogs for children? Like do they get along with children? Because my 9 year old daughter is getting a boston terrier puppy for her birthday! Do you think its a good idea? She has a five year old little sister and she sort of doesn't like big dogs! What should i do?

BTs and Kids

MOST Bostons are great with kids. They are a perfect match for families because of their temperament. There are a few with some socialization problems. The best way to tell about a puppy's personality is to check out both parents. There is also the Rescues where you can see right now how nice they are (or not).
