Boston Terrier w/Swollen Glands?

My boston terrier has 2 very hard swollen glands about 1 inch from testicles, in his penile shaft. He has a hard time walking, and seems to hunch over in pain.. what could possibly be wrong?

I was worried at first and even called the vet because of the same situation. The tech on the phone was laughing at me because of how embarrased I was to make an appointment for this. I looked it up on the internet and wallah, it's called the bulbous gland (think that is spelled right). I thought he was deformed or really spectacular. Because he is not neutered, this holds him in the female until they are done (aka tying into the female). If you have a young male this may be the first time you notice it is what my vet told me. It is perfectly normal.
