I have a 17 wk old Boston terrier and today she started getting sick. When she throws up it is like foam she is throwing up. What should I do and at what point should I be worried?

Our Bruno..gets himself all excited and then when he starts that vomiting foam,it take's a week before his stomach gets back to normal.

Like on Christmas, with all the people here he just got himself so worked up..and it took him 8 days to get back to normal..he drooled and threw up a lot for those eight days..but we just had feed him very little for the week..and now he seems just like his old self.

He has gotten this way before ..when we have taken him to the dog park for the day..maybe we should not feed him the days when he gets so excited

yes my little karma 12yr.old fem. does on occasin get excited or if she has gone too long without eating or maybe burnt off too many calories it seems like a nervous or empty tummy bile get some food in her right away and she will settle down like it never happened I just love my little girl she is still frisky for her age.Good luck,I would not trade her for the world.

If it's yellow, I think most of us have experienced this. The first time it happened, we rushed our boy to the vet's, but he was fine and it was a one-time event (at that time). It occasionally happens when he is excited or nerved up by something, like the potential for a car ride... Just the other day, for no apparent reason, my girl vomited yellow foam and then within 10 minutes went on to eat her dinner without any after effect. It's a very odd phenomenon, and I don't know if it's just a BT thing, but don't panic. If it continues or is repeated multiple times within a short time frame, I would get to the vet's just to make sure it's not something more serious.
