Boston Terrier with Bump on Paw

Hi, have an 8 year old BT named Tucker. He is such a good dog. Over the last few weeks, he's had a bump develop on the top of his right paw. It almost looks and feels like a dew claw pad. I have no idea how it got there or what it is? Do you?

My BT just developed the same type of bump and the vet told me it was a malignant tumor. In researching it, apparently these mast cell tumors are common among BT's. I will be scheduling surgery to have it removed so it doesn't spread.

 Bump on rear

Hi I just noticed a bump on my 1 year Baby. The bump is hard and when touched it does not hurt her.

Don't know if I should give it a couple days to see if it goes away or take her to vet. Anybody have this problem with thier BT, and if so what the heck is it?
