Boston Terrier weight loss

I have a 3yr old neutered Boston and we feed him iams dog food for sensitive stomach but he has lost weight and is not interested in his food. He has been to the vet. Is there any other type of food that won't upset his stomach?

Iams has fillers aka corn. Iams also has bi products for the most part so maybe look into higher quality foods. Ones with real meat as well as no corn and maybe try a different meat source than chicken. Could be allergic. Also maybe try grain free. grains could also be an issue. some dogs just can't tolerate it. hope that helps!
