Boston Terrier - Wart on Nose

About 3 weeks ago I noticed small pimple-like growth on my Boston Terrier's nose. Over the past couple of weeks it has grown larger but doesn't seem to be bothering her. Has anyone else had this with their dog?

My bt, bugsy, had it and it kept getting bigger. Sometimes if he would bump it, it would bleed. It got pretty big. I had the vet remove it. We didn't do a biopsy because bugsy was really old at the time but my vet said it looked like a sebaceous cyst.

I'm discouraged that you haven't received a comment on this problem. My female BT has the same problem but it's three small bumps and one larger one. It doesn't seem to bother her either but it sure is bothering me.
