My Boston vomited six or seven times a day from the day that we got her at nine weeks old. The breeder had been feeding Biljac food, and we kept it up. After we realized what a vomiting problem she had, we had all the parasite, x-rays and other tests done. She had no medical reason for the vomiting, so the vet suggested that we switch food. We switched to Blue Buffalo and she hasn't thrown up since! I would just try different foods; Bostons tend to be allergy sufferers. Your vet might be able to help recommend one.

Choose a good brand of food by: Sharri
My boston is 4 and she never vomits. She seems to like to eat her food late at night right before bed. I feed her Blue Buffalo which has a lot of natural ingredients including pro-biotics which are really good for the tummy. Maybe something like that would help.

Vomiting by: Mary
Boston's do vomit alot. So many things can cause this. First talk to your vet, of course. In the meantime, try feeding your BT when they are calm (yeah, right). Maybe let them have their water first and a really good petting session. Then try feeding about 1/2 what you usually feed them and let them rest. See if that stays down. There are so many other medical reasons for vomiting especially if their digestive tract is blocked (with a bit of chewed up plastic toy or stuffing for example).
