Boston Terrier Vomiting On and Off

My 10 month old boston terrier has been vomiting on and off for the past two weeks. It's usually at night when he's sleeping and he reverse sneezes first. The reverse sneeze sounds kind of wet and then he throws up. He's being fed a raw diet plus I feed him once a day with Bil Jack kibble. Do dogs have post nasal drip? Could he have suddenly developed an allergy to his kibble?

Sounds a bit like acid reflux to me. My Boston suffers from this - feeding him small meals more often and not too late in the day can help
