Boston Terrier Urinating on Couch :(

Hello! I have a beautiful boston named Ladybug Lula Mae and she is 1 1/2 years old! We love her to infinity and beyond BUT we have a major problem on our hands. Lady goes outside 2-3 times a day to do her business and uses her puppy pads inside when we're not home but lately she has been urinating on our couches!! I have been using a cleaner from Petsmart to clean up the mess. As soon as we raise our voices and figured what she's done she walks herself to her time out area...so she knows she's been bad! HELP!!!! Thank you!
