Boston Terrier teeth

Is it normal for the 4 fang teeth to look like they're broke off with white round circles at the tips of the teeth and the ends of the teeth behind flat?

My Boston Terrier has been a true joy in my life. She is very friendly with my grandchildren and loves to play non stop.
