Boston Terrier Still Sick After 2 Days

My 3year old boston Jameson has been shaking and coughing also is walking a little hunched over. He is very playful most of the time so when this started happening i took him to a 24 hour animal hospial and they said they could not find anything wrong. It has been two days now and he has not gotten any better. What should i do?

Two days is a long time for a pet to be sick. I would definitly take him to another vet. Ask a friend or neighbor to recommend a good one. Good luck and hope he gets better soon

It is not normal for him to do this. The regular vet should be open on Monday. I am sure they will see you right away. I think an x-ray is a good idea. In the mean time keep him warm but take his temperature to make sure you don't overheat him. His regular temperature should be around 100 give or take a degree.

I was reading about your sick dog. I just want to share a story about my boston terrior pitbull tiff. she was sick also and when I took her in they said the same thing. So, two months later my dog died. They don't seem to know why. Just some infection she had and it has torn my life apart. I loved her so much and now she is gone she was only 8 months old. Take your pet back in and make them test her for any sort of an infection and be persistant. Gook luck
