Boston Terrier Still Bleeding After Giving Birth

Our two year old boston terrier gave birth naturally to seven puppies four days ago. Everything seems to have been going fine, but she has not stopped bleeding since. Today she even let out a huge pile of blood which we believe may be the placenta. Is this normal? She gave birth for days ago and is still bleeding.

My dog gave birth to 7 puppies and she bled for almost 3 1/2 wks not heavily but little bits here and there. She is doing fine now and no blood at 5 wks. I think it is because it was a lot of stress from having so many pups. Hope you are doing well and you babies and momma does well.
