Boston Terrier Sneezing & Twitching

my dog started sneezing last night around midnight when I let them out for the last time of the night. Today she is still sneezing really bad and it throws her into what appears to be a small seizure twitching at her mouth and her eye{right}. I took her to the local vet and he checked her temp.{normal} her heart rate was {normal} he gave her allergy meds she is still having aprox. 4-6 episodes an hour and dhe seems really tired.

Did you ever find out what was going on with your dog? My Boston started doing the exact same thing last night after I let her outside. Did you go to the vet? Is your dog okay now? Dis the sneezing/twitching go away on it's own? Please help!!!!

Thanks!

I have adopted two terrier and have noticed this sneezing problem with them and try to find out what they are reacting to. I have also notice some physical changes with one of the dogs, the mail with possible gland problems. I am a new owner because their previous owner was a friend of mind. I plan on making an appointment with the vet but very concern.

Sneezing

That sounds really hard to watch.
My female sneezes similarly when I spray hairspray and she's around. Also, when she has a little drainage she can have a small sneezing little fit but it has never lasted more than one episode. I believe that her "drainage" makes her feel she can't breathe so she sneezes it out. Sometimes slobbery snot goes flying everywhere. I take a kleenex and squeeze her nose and wipe what I can away and get out the squeeze bulb thingy and try to get any drainage out of her nostrils. By that time she has stopped the fit.

It actually does sound like allergies to me but to what is a good question. See if you notice if it happens after she has been outside or after she eats. Maybe you can try to guess what it is she may be allergic to. It will probably take some time.
