Boston Terrier Skin Lesions

My 8.5 year old Boston Terrier, Molly, has developed skin lesions multiple times over the past year. She has been put on antibiotics which seem to help minimally. Now she has developed a head tilt and a curved body, and the skin eruptions are out of control. She is on steroids and antibiotics. Liver enzymes are slightly elevated. Anyone had similar symptoms?Cancer, allergies, cushings, encephalitis; or possible combination of above have all been mentioned as possibilities.
