Boston Terrier Seizure?

My Baby girl is 3 years old now. Lately she will sit way back on her haunches and then "Nod" and throw her head back and forth really quick for about 1 minute. She only has one eye so at first I thought maybe she was seeing something. I don't think that is the case after watching this happen. Could this be a seizure of some sort??

No seizure

No, My 3 yr old Scooter does the same thing and it occurs when his anal sacs start to fill up and he is actually trying to scratch them. I know how to express them and then he is fine. If your not able to do yourself a groomer or the vet will definitely take care of. Dont' let it go because it can become infected and they are very uncomfortable.
