Boston Terrier Regurgitation & Breathing Problems

We have an 11 month old Boston Terrier who we love dearly. She is currently at the Emergency Vet for the 3rd time due to continuous regurgitation and breathing issues. She has had surgery on her nasal passages as well as an elongated palate, which helped her to gain some breathing ability but unearthed an additional issue that has yet to be determined by both the Emergency Vets, and our current Internist. We are reaching out to others in hopes that anyone has had similar conditions in their Boston that can lend information to us. She vomits/regurgitates her food at least once a day but struggles to keep it down throughout the day. If she vomits a number of times in a day it leads to a breathing attack in which she struggles for air and bubbles come from her nose & thick saliva clogs her throat-- it's like she's drowning & having a panic attack at the same time. She is currently on a organic diet of canned Salmon & Sweet Potato. She is currently on the following two medications: Pepsid & Metoclopramide (to assist with a possible low mobility esophageal sphincter). Neither medication has stopped her medical condition.
Has anyone dealt with anything similar that could lend some insight into where we should go from here? We are running low on funds & her time seems limited.
