Boston Terrier reaction to pregnant woman

My Daughter in-law is 6 months pregnant and when she and my son comes to visit, my female Boston Terrier who is 4 years old and spayed (never had puppies) reacts very strangely. She doesn't want any eye contact with her and hides close to me so not to be in sight of her vision. She also seems very afraid like and shivers a lot. Although she greets her when they arrive, she immediately goes into this behaviour until they have left. I also have a male Boston, 7 years of age and he does not care less.
Why does my Boston reacts so strange around her because I'm worried about it?
