Our Boston Terrier Pup - Sophie

Sophie, our Boston Terrier pup, truly is still in the puppy stage. She is notorious for chewing up everything in sight. If it's within reach, odds are she will be chewing on it. She's also incredibly sweet, so it's hard to stay mad at her for long, even when she chews up brand new shoes...

Do you have any nicknames?
Mom calls me "Miss Piggy", but she's the only one who gets to call me that. I have to admit that I do become a little "less than ladylike" when it comes time to eat. Besides, it's a term of endearment - I know Mom loves me.

Mom and Dad also sometimes call me and include my middle name (my full name is Sophie Mae), so then I know I'm really in trouble!

What are your favorite pastimes?
Sitting on Mom's lap while she works on the computer, napping in the sunshine, and chewing on stuff. Oh, and waiting until Mom makes the bed, then jumping up on it and rooting around in the covers till they fall off. That's a blast!

Do you have any special talents?
You mean, besides being cute? Did I mention I can chew stuff?

What is your favorite treat?
If it's edible, I probably like it. I'll do just about anything for a treat! Hmmm, a favorite? Probably liver treats.

What are your least favorite things?
Having to go outside when it's raining - I hate getting wet!
