Boston Terrier Pregnancy "Showing"?

If our boston terrier is pregnant, she would be approx a month along. When will she start to "show"?

I guess you would consider her to be on the larger side of the breed, she is 23 lbs (last weighed)

What are some other pregnancy signs to look out for besides the lack o appetite? She hasn't shown any difference in her appetite, and she is just as cuddly as she has ever been. I don't see any differences in her.

PS. We bred her twice this heat, about 7 days apart.
