Boston Terrier Peeing on her bed

I have a problem that is puzzling. My 11 week old Boston has been using the pee pads but for the past 3 days she has peed while sitting in her bed playing with her chew toy. I have no idea this has happened until I move the bed and see the wet floor underneath. She does not do it anytime except in the morning and even after she has used the pad. I thought dogs would not pee in their bed, but she does!! What can I do to stop this?

If her bed is her crate, remove the bedding. Don't let her have her bed for a few days and see if it continues. Not knowing what kind of material her 'bed' is made of, I can't say for sure, but she's pretty engrossed in the chewing and probably not paying attention to "the feeling..."
