Boston Terrier needs a home

My name is Olive and I am a 5 year old Boston Terrier. My family of five years surrendered me to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast and I am very sad and confused. I need to find my new forever home so I can be the happy, spunky dog I used to be. I am very affectionate and love to be petted and cuddled with. Other dogs and young children make me nervous and uncomfortable so a home without them would be ideal for me. Olive is a very sweet girl. She was born on 10/15/2005 and loves people. She doesn't get along with other dogs and children make her very nervous but if you want a companion dog to cuddle and be your best friend, Olive Joy is it! She will snuggle up with you and sit on your lap all day if you let her and plays fetch and talks. Olive also likes to swim and LOVES to play with the water hose. If you spray the water hose, she will chase the water around and if you spin it in a circle, she will do spins and flips to follow it. She knows how to use a doggie door and when not in a home with a doggie door, if you hang a bell on the door knob, she will go ring it to let you know she needs to go out to the bathroom. Hoping she finds the right living situation for her to make her happy and be given all the love she deserves.
