Boston Terrier Leaking Poop

My Boston is leaking bits of poop (not liquid as if her glands needed to be expressed) but tiny bits of poop and I have to wipe her a lot. Does anyone know why this is? I just adopted her and have never had a Boston Terrier before.

This is not normal for a Boston or any other breed. I would definitely get her to the Vet. I am guessing she has a parasite.

Worms?

One of our Bostons started doing that when he got worms. They were treated and he is fine now.
