Does she hold up a certain leg? Are there any other symptoms? I'm no expert, but I think the best advice is to get her to your vet and have her checked out. It could be a joint problem (knee cap, shoulder, or hip) or a spine problem, but only your vet will be best able to determine what it is and the proper course of treatment. Good luck!

BT Joint Pain by: Harley D.'s Mom
1st question, has your vet checked your pup out yet?
It sounds like it could be anything from joint-back problems or maybe even a kidney stone problem.
Another thing a friend of mine had happen with her dog was that he was in such a hurry to get out the door when going outside, he kept bumping himself on the door in the same area and really ended up in a painful situation.
When you check with your vet to rule-out anything serious, just to be on the safe side, try to supplement his diet with Glucosamine/Chondroitan/MSM for joint health. Over the years, I've found it to be quite beneficial in keeping their joints healthy. Ask your vet how much to give your dog.
