Boston Terrier help!!!

We got a brother and sister at 5 1/2 weeks old - the breeder didnt want them around and would not hold them until they were at least 8 weeks old. My problem at 7 weeks is the male is very needy and needs to suck/bite on an arm when he's tired or sleepy...what to do? Will he out grow this or should we do something? We are not doing any kind of training, other than letting them spend limited time with our other dogs. Any input is greatly appreciated.

We have a trainer (because we adopted 2 male litter mates) We were told that it was from anxiousness and that it could get worse. You might want to check with a trainer...

Let me say that I think you are a wonderful person for taking the brother and sister, I think he will out grow it, may he just needs a little time, so please hang in there. and again there should be more dog lovers in this world like you.

At least they made it to 7 weeks. Thank you for rescuing these pups from that breeder. It sounds like you are taking very good care of these two. I never had a sucker (lol) but maybe he needs something from the doggie toy store that he can suck on. Your vet might know of something good. You do know that "Bostons Sleep in the Bed", right? (ha ha!)Bostons just love their owners and it sounds like he really really loves you. I sure hope that breeder doesn't have many females.
