Boston Terrier Has Bump on Back

My Boston Terrier had a little skin colored bump on her back. There's no hair on it and it is the size of a little pebble. Suddenly today it got a little bigger and when I felt it on her back it popped . Just clear stuff came out what could it be ?

Sounds cyst-like as well. If it recurs, please take your dog to the vet's.
