Boston Terrier Eyesight Developement.

My question is regarding the eyesight developement of Boston Terrier pups. At four weeks, should they be seeing at all? I believe they currently cannot see a thing as they only respond to sound and noise. Waving my hands near their face has no effect as they cannot tell im there. I keep reading that at 3-4 weeks they should be seeing at least a little and this is worrying me.
Just wondering should if I should let them see the vet ASAP? Or should I give them more time?
This is my first experince with Boston puppies.
They are healthy in ever other way, eating, playful and such. Thanks
