Boston Terrier eyes

Why do so many Bostons seem to not be looking straight at you (left eye to the left, right to the right)? I see this in puppies especially.

Its a common problem. My Boston has this issue the breader called it wall eyes. She didn't really say why it happens, but I do know that if you work with the pups then their wall eyes will become better. My BT's eyes were really "wall facing" when we got her but now you can tell that she is looking at you. I would not have it any other way, actually I believe that her eyes just make her cuter and people that comment on how beautiful she is agree.
