Boston Terrier Eyes

My Boston has dry eye all the time, but now it looks like he has a small section of blood build up in one area of his eye. Does anyone know what this could be?

Dry Eye

My dogs gets it all the time. It is called a cherry eye if it is where the tear duct is. My dogs come and go. If it stays longer then 3 days you are suppose to get it removed. Call the vet and they will tell you what to do.
