Boston Terrier eye problem

My three year old BT has just developed an eye problem, and my vet is not 100% sure about what it is or what has caused it. Almost overnight, I noticed a clear, yet hazy spot located @ the center of her left eyeball. It wasn't bothering her, and her sight did not seem affected, and it wasn't watering any more or less than it had been previously. I took her to my vet and after tests, was told it wasn't on the outside of the cornea, but on the inner of the cornea. Not glaucoma, pressure was perfect, and not an Ulcer. He said to watch the size and report any changes. Now, 2 months later, another small likes-spot has appeared on the other eye, and the first spot looks slightly bigger.
My vet has given the diagnosis of Keratic Precipitates. He is not sure of the cause, and I am currently using steriod eye drops, "Prednisolone Acetate Ophthalmic Suspension USP 1%" to be exact. Two weeks of drops then follow Up. I see no changes and am kind of frantic to find out exactly what my BT has, and what the best form of treatment is for her. All input is appreciated. Thank you so much. Respectfully, Traci and her beautiful BT Pearl.
