Boston Terrier Bedwetting

Our 4 1/2 yr old Boston Terrier has started to wet the bed (ours) and the carpet in our bedroom. He goes out frequently to potty, too, so it's not like we're making him stay inside. Any suggestions? I will be taking him to vet tomorrow about this.

Our Boston Terrier has started wetting the bed also. We were blaming it on the Min-Pin but tonight I realized it is the Boston. She has NEVER done this before. I will be taking her to the vet on Monday. We had one boxer die from lymphoma so we are pretty upset over this new problem with our baby. She is so embarrassed about this.

By the time you read this, you'll have an answer from the vet's, I presume, as to whether or not your BT has a urinary tract infection, which causes urgency. If you've ever had one, you know the feeling.

Without any traumatic experience to trigger such a new development in an otherwise trained BT, I have no other thoughts. Good luck. Hope it's a UTI and can be fixed with some antibiotics.
