Boston Terrier acting strange

My dog is a 10, almost 11 year old boston terrier and is walking very slowly, not listening to commands,throwing up, and not eating or drinking anything. Any help please?

You really need to get your dog to a vet to rule out a stroke. Strokes are not common in dogs however they are very possible. With the age of your Boston I would nt be guessing as it could be something minor to something major. Always go with your gut feeling as you know your dog best. If you think something is wrong than there probably is.
