Yes, gas is very normal for Bostons!

Due to their short snout BTs swallow more air than other dogs while feeding. This unfortunately leads to lots of gas.

Gas
by: Norman's Mom

Norman is on a very good dog food without any of the fillers or soy. He is fed no table food at all. I need to look into the treats he has been getting. Maybe this is the problem

Thank you for all your suggestions. I welcome all other comments.....

gas troubles

Feed a good quality food that does not have soy in it or not a lot of fillers like corn. you want meat and protiens to be in the first few ingredients. Also do not feed table scraps as this adds to the problem dramatically. If you have a cat as well make sure your boston can not get into the cat food.... a challenge I should know, It makes for a very smelly Boston.

Hope this helps.
