boogie

Boogie is my daughter's dog, she is just about one year old now. She is very playful, curious, alert, and territorial. She is great with the kids, and our other dogs(two 90+lb. labs). It seems that she is determined to become leader of the pack. My male lab puts up with her bullying but, my female lab on the other hand does not. Boogie is a very tuff little dog taking a lot of abuse from two dogs that out weigh her by at least 80lbs. apiece. She is very cute, and loves people. She has been fairly easy to train basic commands.(sit,stay,laydown,etc...) she has been rather difficult to housebreak, but in my experience that has been the case with any hounds i have worked with.(remember boglens are half hound) all and all she is a great smaller dog who loves to play requiring a great amount of attention. I would advise not having a boglen around a very small dog as they can be very aggressive at times.(remember they are also half terrier) I would recommend a boglen to anyone who has time for a tough little dog with a great personality... practice patience
p.s. her nickname is "the punk" thanks for reading...
