Blue Eyes

I know blue eyes are not standard for Boston Terrier breed, we only want a healthy baby. This does not matter. We have picked out a puppy with blue eyes. We have not picked up the puppy yet. We have one Boston with dark eyes and we know this is a wonderful breed, which is why we are getting her a sister. My question is should we be that concerned health wise because of blue eyes? I know the eyes are a sensitive part of Boston Terriers. WE did not know of any issues due to blue eyes.
