Benadryl for Boston Terriers?

My mom's coworker has a female BT that she gives a half of a Benadryl to for sinuses. Is this actually good for BT's?

Vet Tech here. Yes... Benadryl's safe even daily. One 25mg every 8 hrs.
Try Zymox ( non prescription ) for ears.

My boston has sore red ears..Allergies.

I'm going to try wellness food for my boston. He to suffers from terrible allergies. I'm going to try wellness simple solutions food. I guess I can get it at petco in my area. Supposedly it is a simple food....that has only 5 main ingredients....I'll try anything at this point. his ears are so swollen and red I wonder if he can even hear? It looks terribly painful. Will post and let you know how I make out.

Benadryl for Bostons

My vet had me give Shadow one half of a Benadryl for an allergic reaction one time to reduce swelling. I'm not sure it's something I'd give him every day, though. I don't think I'd take Benadryl every day myself. Hopefully, she's consulted her vet...
