Bella is such a sweetheart! People say why breed a dog that has breathing problems with a dog that is hyper.....well its because people like me how want the best of both breeds. Jack Russells are hyper,nippy,loud and follow their noses everywhere. Bostons are more laid back, great with kids but have issues with hot weather and exercise. We wanted the personality and look of a Boston but we are an active family and wanted a dog that could be active too. Bella is a great mix of both. She is looks more like a Boston but not all her sisters and brothers did. She has a shorter nose than most Jack Russells but a longer nose than a boston making breathing problems not a issue. She is not hyper like a Jack Russell.....but is still very curious of things. She strives to be around the family,great with my twin toddlers and listens very well even when her nose is to the ground at something that she finds "good smelling" She is the best of both breeds!
