I have had Boston Terriers all my life and I've had Bella for a month now! She is 4 months old and was bottle fed because the Momma died and then a shitzu was a serogate feeder for the puppies! I've been keeping her on Purina Puppy Chow with the hard and soft bits mixed with milk!! She will inhale the milk and hardly chew her food then she gets sick, is this something to worry about or do something about? She doesn't get sick everytime she eats but if she runs or gets hot after eating she really does!

Dogs cannot digest human milk. It's actually bad for them. If you want or feel she still needs extra calorie intake mix her food with puppy formula not milk. Her other problem is she's eating it to fast and cannot digest the kibble. Either soak her food in hot water or puppy formula until it becomes soft. She should be able to digest it and hold it down.
