I love my Bela. She is a 6 year old jack russel/boston terrier cross. I had grown up with boston terriers and have an older male boston terrier who is just a darling.
I got Bela from a friend who had an accidental litter. I have to admit I was expecting her to act like my usual boston terriers.
But she is SO hyper, I love her to pieces but she really needs to be played with and walked until she is falling down or she will chew and get out of her bed at night and get into trouble.
She is very intelligent which makes it difficult to keep her out of trouble and entertained! lol
She also is a yapper, which is something I am not use to at all, from owning previous boston terriers. So it was hard to adjust to a dog that barks at the drop of leaves from the tree.
She is taller than my male boston terrier, with long legs and sleek chest. Her muzzle is longer than a boston terrier usually has as well. My friends mistake her for a full boston all the time, until they see her run circles around the coffee table for no reason at all!
Wonderful dog, but in the future I am just going to go back to boston terriers not the mixes.
