Angie

My Bugg Angie was the joy of my life. We adopted her from an animal shelter in 1992, when she was three months old. Angie's weight hovered at 14 lbs. She lived for 17 years (no typo!). Angie had great health until approximately one year ago. It was after much anguish that we had her put to sleep on 04/30/2010. Angie was so easy to train, and was great with my two daughters, who were ages ten and seven at that time. I know it's only been one week, but I still cry every morning and night. When I'm ready, I'll be looking for another Bugg. As we often told Angie, she truly was "the best girl in the world".

I know how you feel. We lost our almost 16 year old best girl in the world Boston Terrier, Fiona, on January 13, 2010. We didn't know how long it would be before we were ready for another dog of any sort, but in February we saw an ad in our local paper for "Boston Terrier Mix puppies" and went to "just look." Ha! Now we're the proud parents of a Bugg. His name is Bugs and his photo is on here in the Bugg category... twice. He has actually filled the hole in our hearts. It'll happen for you!
