Aging Boston Terrier Issues

i have a 11 yr old boston terrier Annie she is a belove pet of the family and personally my pet and i care about her greatly, she seems to have some swelling abcess in her mouth from her gum line which doesnt hurt her, even when touch on accident and she has a nipple which swelled and has hard what seems to feel like very hard cartilage but what from i have come of it seems to be some build up of calcium, can you help me and give me advice for how to care for my pet and to find out if any of the conditions i asked about above are life threatening?

Certainly there are some age-related issues with an 11-year-old Boston, but to ease your mind and make sure your Boston is not suffering in silence, please schedule a visit with her vet. If paying for it is a problem, then I'm sure you can work out a payment plan. Please don't delay.
