agility training what age

Hi I have a 5 month old BT. I have been taking private lessons weekly, since he was 3 months old, went to puppy school and am now in a basic obedience class. It's my hobby, I spent 7 months private weekly and 3 classes with my 10 month,100 pound
shepherd mix.My trainer is starting an agility class and she thinks it is a good idea to bring my little baby. I guess it would be fun but is it not a little young. I do trust my trainer 100%,but just wondered what you guys think, is he too young or will it help us bond even more!!

Young Training

5 months sounds like the perfect time to start to me. Puppies can learn so many things at that age. Just think of all the things he has already learned. Then you can gain knowledge of the things to teach him and keep it up after the classes!

Hi, do you mean you started agility training at 8 weeks? I have been doing private obedience training weekly since I got my puppy at 12 weeks old. Thanks.
