Abu

Abu was 4 in June and is one of the most intelligent and best mannered dogs that I have ever been around. His salt and pepper snout, along with his demeanor, have people thinking he is much older. He hardly ever barks except for when he feels I should be aware of something. Yes, we had our difficulties when he was a young puppy, but with strict and consistent training it took hardly any time for him to separate right from wrong. Abu has a little sister who was 2 in July and she is a Miniature Doberman named Jasmine. You will hardly ever see the two separated. Jasmine is always right there laying either very close or right on top of Abu. This has been the case from the very first day we got her. Abu did not care that this 2 pound rat would not leave him alone and that is the start of Jasmine being the princess and queen bee.
He does have bad allergies and is constantly digging at himself. He receives an antihistamine everyday which helps some. Being that I am a college student I do not have the adequate funds to get test done to help better control the problem. In the next couple of years I do plan on having allergy test done.
He is very carefree, loving and my best friend!
