6week old puppy with bright blue eyes.

i had a 6week old puppy i got from a horrible dog breeder.. The puppy had lots of problems that was wrong with him. when i took him to the vet and the vet had to put him asleep.. He had the brightest blue eyes and i was just wondering was there something wrong?? I want another pup with bright blue eyes but i cant find one. I live in halifax va
