5 Mo Old Boston Terrier Drinking Water Excessively

Hi,
I have a 5 month old Boston terrier puppy named Winnie. She has been an excessive water drinker since the day i brought her home at 11 weeks. I thought it was because she was used to competing for food and water with her littermates, but it`s been almost 3 months and she still loves water. She will drink until she vomits, cries at the sink or tub for water, licks my hands and body after washing.
She has jardia (beaver fever) and after several rounds of antibiotics cant seem to get rid of it. She also had a blood test and it showed that her hemoglobin levels were low. She will be having a urine, fecal and another blood test tomorrow. Other than this, she is a normal happy puppy, she urinates every 2 to 3 hours and it looks yellow and fairly concentrated....what could be wrong
